If a registration is canceled or rescheduled by the Customer within one (1) week of the course commencement date, or if a registered Customer attendee fails to attend the course, CyberArk shall make reasonable efforts to find replacement attendee(s) for the course. Customer shall compensate CyberArk for the specific course fees in the event a replacement cannot be found.

CyberArk reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment by providing notice to Customer at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled commencement date. In the event of cancellation by CyberArk, CyberArk will not invoice Customer for the cancelled course and will work with Customer to schedule alternative class(es). If a training class is canceled by CyberArk due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g. weather, natural disaster), CyberArk will not invoice Customer for the canceled course and will work with Customer to schedule alternative class(es).
