If a registration is canceled or rescheduled by the Customer within one (1) week of the course commencement date, or if a registered Customer attendee fails to attend the course, CyberArk shall make reasonable efforts to find replacement attendee(s) for the course. Customer shall compensate CyberArk for the specific course fees in the event a replacement cannot be found.

 

CyberArk reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment by providing notice to Customer at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled commencement date. CyberArk may also cancel a particular attendee’s registration for any reason, in its sole discretion, including in the event the attendee is ineligible for the registered course (e.g. the attendee did not fulfill a required prerequisite for the course or the attendee is not associated with a recognized partner or customer of CyberArk). In the event of cancellation by CyberArk, CyberArk will not invoice Customer (or will refund prepaid fees to Customer) for the cancelled course and will work with Customer to schedule alternative class(es) if eligible. If a training class is canceled by CyberArk due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g. weather, natural disaster), CyberArk will not invoice Customer for the canceled course and will work with Customer to schedule alternative class(es). 

 

The training course is subject to all applicable terms agreed to in writing by CyberArk and Customer, or in the absence of a binding written agreement governing training services, CyberArk’s then-current professional services terms which can be provided to Customer upon request. Each Customer attendee shall only use training resources (including access to CyberArk demo environments) for his/her own personal training and educational purposes, and may not provide access to training resources to other individuals or use resources for any other purpose unless otherwise agreed in writing by CyberArk.
